I thought lowes decided NOT to advertise on American Muslim.
They caved to outside pressure? Now they are advertising because of the bad press?

Damn, it's bad when a company has to cave under political correctness. They shouldve stood their ground. I guess they were doing what their lawyers told them to do. They were probably looking at some lawsuit. You know they wouldve been found in the wrong if the case was heard in California.

I wonder how many muslims shop at Lowe's? They seem more of the Home Depot type to me.

If I pay for playboy tv that sh*t better be advertisement free…I mean I’m ok with playboy ads because that is likely to have nudity in it and be somewhat entertaining….but f*ck Lowes commercials on the playboy channel.

I didn't think they were advertising on American Muslim and that's what the stink was over. I missed the fact that they decided to advertise now that something was said.

sometimes i go to home depot. but i will quit if they stop supporting tony stewart and the #20 chevy. ol smoke like to trade paint yeeehaaa

just kidding i dont care who supports what. the marketing team doesnt bother me much.

    OP said the following:

I hope you not only lose next time you run but you also lose your case once it is proven in court that those who attacked out were crazy terrorists from the Middle East who claimed to be Muslims and embraced that religion. They used the term Allahu Akbar just like many shooters have today including Fort Hood and Hollywood. Also in Many Muslim countries innocent people are beheaded and women are treated badly. I don't know if you have a wife and kids but if you do I am sure they along with you wouldn't like to live in Iran or Pakistan or Afghanistan before 9/11.

Sounds like blanket hatred of all muslims based on the actions of a few. So did the article the OP posted, and is subtly making the very weak argument that Lowe's buying ads on some muslim show equates to support for 09/11 terrorists. That's like saying that going to a catholic church equates to supporting NAMBLA so we should pull our ads from the newsletter you get as you leave.

Of course I agree that Lowe's can buy ads or not based on whatever criteria they choose and yadda yadda yadda. Doesn't mean that I can't call their reasoning stupid and it doesn't mean that that OP can't call their reasoning absolutely correct.
