My rant over Lowe's pulling their ads from American Muslim.

I am a little irritated tonight. I have just heard about Lowes pulling advertisement from a show called American Muslim. I will provide a link to a senator from California who sent a letter to take Lowe's to court over this. I just can't believe this letter, he conveniently leaves out 9/11. This is America, last I heard you are suppose to have the right to sponsor or support something or not, you could always support something else. I tried to send this senator an email, got it done and then sorry, you aren't in his district!!! Ugh!

Here is what I said in the letter....
.I find it interesting in your letter to Lowe's that you mentioned Timothy McVeigh but you didn't mention the attacks on the WTC or 9/11, Revisionist history. People like you are the problem with this country.
I hope you not only lose next time you run but you also lose your case once it is proven in court that those who attacked out were crazy terrorists from the Middle East who claimed to be Muslims and embraced that religion. They used the term Allahu Akbar just like many shooters have today including Fort Hood and Hollywood. Also in Many Muslim countries innocent people are beheaded and women are treated badly. I don't know if you have a wife and kids but if you do I am sure they along with you wouldn't like to live in Iran or Pakistan or Afghanistan before 9/11.

For some reason people are losing site of the fact that people have a right to choose in this society. If you don’t like it…don’t buy their products. Hell, even put out a campaign t boycott if you feel that strong about it…but a f’ing law suit…CA’MON MAN!

 

I do find it a bit odd but my question is why pull the ad at all. Oh wow they are Muslim.

90% of the hijackers on 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia but I don't see us doing **** about that much less taking back the hundreds of millions we send them in foreign aid.

Perhaps the reasoning behind it has absolutely nothing to do with the content of the show…perhaps the show ratings f’ing sucked and they said I’m not going to continue to waste money running an add on a show that my potential patrons are not watching…just saying.

Did Lowes ever actually say why...or did our wannabe over politically correct society just assume?
