If that's the case I'll just wait and go to the game. I'm not planning to watch any coverage and/or hype over the next month. I've heard enough of the "talking heads" this season. That and our QB situation have been the lowpoints of a great season. I don't give a rat's ass what ESPN, CBS, or any other media "experts" have to say. I don't care for their opinion and don't plan to be lured into their little world. Just play the damn game!
That's words to live by. People should just be prepared. So just forget about watching any sort of sports media because you won't like it. Starting threads about the outrageous things fans, analysts, etc say won't change a thing.
All this "Greatest Team Ever" talk worries me. It reminds me of "Greatest Teams" the media labeled in other years...who lost the Title game. Playing Bama may be a blessing in disguise cause we'll be ready. If it were Okie lite the media would write them off and we could go in flat expecting a pic nik.
yep. it seems the "game of the century" means nothing now. i seriously hope that puts a chip on these guy's shoulders. they play better with a chip.
