I hadn't posted in awhile and after last night's pathetic performance but im back like church on a Sunday morning to try to reestablish faith in the purple and gold. We were supposed to have everything f#$king figured out..... Harris was supposed to be able to actually get a first damn down when called upon and he couldn't even get close. That is what killed us yesterday. The fact that our "QB" is unable to produce throws that will get our offense in a rhythm. I mean Jesus christ Leonard barely had a fucking chance to do anything with the fucking ball and he still had 138 yards. Wisconsin's D was honed in on him from the FIRST DAMN PLAY because they KNEW Harris could not even get close to beating them with his arm..... With that being said I really did see a lot of decent things from our defense they were just on the field all fucking game(sounds familiar) Looking at the schedule I can only see us winning maybe three conference games (Miss St, Florida, and Missouri) and of course thats probably a stretch. No more than 7 wins and hopefully we decline a bowl invite and LF goes to the NFL and has a phenomenal career just like Simmons in bball we waste talent cause we are fucking LSU. Truthfully, after all the agony this summer in the Baton Rouge area this loss didn't sting as much as it would have. And that's a very bad thing for this program... we could have used a lift, didn't get one, but it was no surprise, whatsoever. Indifference is as bad as contempt when it comes to a 102k seat stadium...
doesnt really matter how many we lose. it wont be too few to get us in a relevant bowl and it wont be enough to get him run off. les is untouchable because this board shit the bed just a few months back in their coup attempt so they will never have the balls to do it again anytime soon.
The killer to me is we should have could have won this game. If Les doesn't act like les and over thinks that last play, freaking let LF7 run the ball, center and let our kicker have a story book ending. Even after everything Del had going on in the off season. That would be classic. Now did we deserve to win, shit no we looked horrible but good teams win sometimes anyway despite the screw ups and horrible coaching.
