Goes to show you how much this fuckstick actually knows. But then again he is way too busy hopping from Herbstreit's dick, to Matt Barkley's, to Nick Saban's, to realize that LSU's offensive woes go waaaaay beyond the quarterback position.
How could Mussberger even utter such nonsense? Has he not been watching what's gone on at LSU over the last several years? You have to wonder. While it would be a huge stretch to even refer to Mettenberger as a decent quarterback, one can only load up Mettenberger with but a small portion of the blame. It would be a different story if we had witnessed even a noticeable amount of development at the quarterback position over the past several years.
No doubt that evaluation is accurate TT but it was an evaluation of Mett as an individual player not the performance of the team as a whole. However that has little to do with Muffburger's comment. The Muffer placed all the blame on Mett and ignored O Line issues and WR drops of very catchable balls. To say Mett has issues is obvious but he is part of a Triad of issues. Curing 2 of them (o line & drops) would do wonders for the Mett's performance. Finally Muffburger is an idiot and oonly knows what he is told by others. When he tries to think on his own he is like a broken clock.... you know right twice a day but never correct.
