Report: LSU's Jordan Jefferson, three teammates to face battery charges | NOLA.com God I hope Mett can get it in gear quick.
Well Jefferson is not very good. It's not like we're losing Perrilloux. The positive I will take from it is that it will force Les' hand in having to play Mett which I know he wasn't going to do this season barring injuries.
IF all this is true, and JJ is charged with battery, then he needs to removed from the team with the other three. I'm not quite sure why so many on here come to his defense. Just think about it. JJ is the starting SENIOR quarterback for the #4 team in the nation. He should be leading by example, not sneaking out like a little kid to go to a bar. He should be makin sure all the guys are doing the right thing and working to get to New Orleans in January. I would rather go 6-6 with Lee or Mett than have a guy that thinks so little of his team and community to pull a stunt like this. Again, this is IF this is true.
Talk about sour grapes. You can be such a douche sometimes. JJ may have let his emotions acutely ruin his future and you compare him to prior talent w/chronic problems, then take a jab at CLM, who you clearly deplore, while trying to guise it as a "positive" spin. Let's all take a step back and let all of the actual facts and legal actions take course, then see how CLM reacts. I am sure we can all learn from him. LSU football 2011-12 will be fine.
Sneaking out? A senior in college? Come on, man. This is not seminary school we are talking about. Get a life, dude. Yes, he is the QB of the #4 rated football, but he is also human. If he showed poor restraint, then probably it has to do with his background, and/or alcohol, the social lubricant. As far as your other comment. I want to see your responses documented if in fact we go 6-6 under Lee or Mett, and see how positive that spin is.
