    I don't think there's one precise answer to that question.

    If I had a team filled with superstar type players, but who lacked work ethic - I'd want some players with strong work ethic. Personally, I feel that positions like Oline, TE, LB are best suited for those types of people - where there work ethic can replace a lack of natural ability.

    If I've got a decent team with solid players, I want some playmakers - regardless of their work ethic. I want a WR & RB, atleast, that can flat out make plays happen.

    I would say all of the above, or at least some of all of the above. A lot of things go together to make a player in any sport good.

    Kind of like it takes a lot of elements for a team to come together and be a great team.

    Work Ethic.

    People would be surprised how so many recruits have the same ability yet the ones who work the hardest show it so much better

    The three that comes to mind are Michael Claton, Kyle Williams and Marcus Spears.
