Washington Redskins: Owner takes away play calling privileges from Head Coach Jim Zorn and brings in a new OC mid season Cleveland Browns: The head coach Eric Mangini essentially fires the GM mid season, whom he hand picked Oakland Raiders: Al Davis is the owner.
Al has been effing up the Radiers organization for decades, the other issues are new. Gotta go with the Raiders.
At least in Washington you have an owner who wants to win very badly. Willing to spend any amount of money, albeit foolishly so far (Steve Spurrier experiment anyone?). Snyder is a douchebag, but he's trying and failing. Al Davis has been a senile train wreck who the game passed up in the early 80's. I think that he's been told but has too much pride and too many corroded brain synapses to just let go of the reins. Snyder may get lucky and get a staff and coach to get the 'Skins back on track eventually. And the fan base will still be there every single game until they do. The Raiders "fans", and by fans I mean battery chucking, spike wearing, face painted felons on parole, don't routinely show up to games (like their team), boo their own guys and aren't the greatest culture of football fans to be found in the NFL.
Not sure why this thread even exists. The correct title should be "3rd Most dysfunctional organization" because the Raiders occupy the top two spots and it's not even close. That franchise is dead as long as Davis is alive.
