You were not saying that when some LSU players got into a fight last summer. Glass houses, chief. A four-game suspension ought to do it. That's what Les handed out. We'll see how Nick measures up in disciplinary action..
I think they were referring to the University/Football team. But hey i could be wrong. I have to agree, being from Louisiana we cannot cast stones in "Redneckdom" Same for Arkansas, Mississippi and Northern Florida
Les suspended JJ indefintely from the team. However, Urban Meyer has set a prescendent for us. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/writers/andy_staples/08/12/fla.wilson/
You guys must be confusing us with Georgia. Coach Saban is the last disciplinarian one has to question. We're still looking for Duron Carter to make an appearance. Not only does coach Saban have a doghouse, but it fully contains a basement and transfer papers, if you just can't seem to get it together.
Hey, you forget that Nick coached here for 5 years. We have seen his discipline and it is a mixed bag. Nick gives far more second chances than Les does and makes fewer dismissals. Sometimes this was good, sometimes it was bad. Yes, Saban has a doghouse but he has never been among the strict disciplinarians.
http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/footba...kills-LSU-fan-and-wife-after?urn=ncaaf,120936 Killed an LSU fan by shooting them. http://news.google.com/newspapers?n...rUcAAAAIBAJ&sjid=7VIEAAAAIBAJ&pg=6502,2035853 Killed an Auburn fan by shooting them. Then there is teabagging and tree poisoning. Yep, gumps sure are classy.
Repeat offenders will tell most of that story. Much of the process is to administer discipline before they go for fingerprinting. Someone will always try and make themselves the exception to the rule. At that point, Saban's rule, weeds you out.
