Looks like it's very doubtful the Bolden will play or at least be near 100%. The Arizona Republic is saying that Early is getting #3 reps in practice. They have been featuring him more & more the last 7 or 8 weeks and Warner is looking for him for big time 3rd down conversions. He has caught at least 1 pass of 20+ yards in 4 of the last 7 games. They have him running Bolden type routes anyway so tune in & see if we see a lot of Early.

I just figured that a lot of the Saints fans were also LSU fans like me so they might be interested. Especially since we aren't playing this weekend. Whatever.

It appears, after today's game, "it" has a lot to do with the Saints next Saturday. It is amazing to me how rude otherwise knowledgeable posters on this forum can be. Thanks for your input AF!!! BUT ... I hope Mr. Gay shuts down Mr. Doucet next weekend!!

Agreed. Thanks for pointing out our man EDoucet! And, after this evenings game, he has introduced himself to everyone else.

I hope the same thing as I said I'm a born & raised LSU/Saints fan. My advantage is I can report a lot of little things about the Cards that don't make the national news since I live here. I think we better put Nr Gay on Mr Fitzgerald though. On most play he is their 1st option.
The observation on the rude post thing was my impression as well.

Well to be fair, at the time it was posted, we had no idea who we were playing and the writeup was probably more appropriately placed in the Pro Sports Forum.

I do apologize for how rude it sounded. It was simply a legitimate question I was posing.

Now, of course, it's most relevant for the Saints as to how Doucet (and Boldin) figure into this offense this Saturday.

    I don't see Boldin playing.

I just hope Doucet can't produce back to back big games. If he does, this one is coming down to the wire and we will see a similiar game like that of the Green Bay contest.

As of this morning's Arizona Republic Bolden hasn't practiced once in the last 2 weeks so he isn't likely to play. Even he didn't sounds very optimistic about it. They keep feeding us this "game time decision" stuff but I really doubt it. The only thing they really lose with him out is experience like adjusting things in mid route. Physically Early is just as dangerous and the Arizona fans think that the Cards won't pay Bolden the Fitz money that he wants and Early was originally drafted by them to be Bolden's replacement. It's just taken a bit longer because of various injuries to Early both years. I'm hoping that Early's inexperience at adjusting the route that Warner has with Bolden is going to cause us to have a couple of opportunities for a pick because Warner will anticipate the adjustment and let it fly.:) Geaux Saints!
