    the President doesn't have that kind of power, the big business oil barons would take the oil,.. see Iraq war for example.

    Sure but that doesn't mean we should discriminate. We let anyone into the voting booth; validation of citizenship is profiling. If we let anyone that can get across the border vote, why not Russians. What's the big deal?
