Note how one side's "amendment" is the other side's "alteration." http://www.tigerdroppings.com/lsu-f...ment-regarding-john-chavis-contract/60889712/
With so little traffic we need MORE alters. I wish I could remember the user and password for mine. I had one with a person in stripes while I was bant.
Granted I don't read here like I once did, I don't get all the Tap hate. LSUDad either. I found him to have some good stuff.
You need to get out of the kitchen more and see some of the big world around you, you might understand more. Most big companies have ethics training, not sure how a union fits into that since most around here are not union. Maybe you can ask your hubby about it, he may have a better understanding. Whatever you do, don't feel sorry about my life, it's going great! Just because scrubbing toilets all day has you down, don't assume everyone is unhappy also. Again, get back on your meds, you'll feel much better. Hope you get your issues worked out, I'll keep you in my prayers.
Wow, this is getting ugly. If everything in the article is true, LSU owes Chavis a net 245K. While the court may rule the altered contract is void, or at a minimum the alterted section is void. Chavis' attorneys should file multi-million dollar civil suit. They would win. And yes Alleva is responsible for this and what his people do. Whoever altered the contract should be fired and so should Alleva. I can't imagine he didn't know about it. Only scenario he wouldn't have is if an LSU attorney forgot to put it in and altered it to cover his backside before he gave it to LSU. If so, it's time for another lawsuit.
