The Cowbells are generally whipping the Cowpokes up and down the field. Only 3-0 Puppies right now but MSU doesn't look bad

21-3 'Pokes. Look for this to be Mullen's last season at Moo U. He's an average coach, but when you play in the toughest division of the best conference in the nation, average doesn't cut it.

He needs to go coach somewhere in Florida where he can get really fast dudes he can put at quarterback to run that stupid Meyer spread zone read offense.

The fact that he's even had moderate success at MooU puts him above average in my opinion. Was destined for failure there. If he's fired, someone should give him another chance. Being in the SECw w/a perennial mediocre team is too formidable for just about any coach. I don't think Spurrier or Saban could win there either. Mullet could still have some success in the right situation.

That's a valid point, but has he even had moderate success? Of course, I don't follow their team, but the only thing that stands out to me in his tenure is when they beat the living dogshit out of Michigan with a team that was returning a lot of starters the following year and they lost to just about every ranked SEC team that they played.
