That is 10 possessions, 7 scores (one missed FG), 42 points in 21 minutes (20 if you take away running out the clock at the end of the game). If the defense can make a few more stops, 70 is not even close to being out of reach.
and that goes to my point I made in the Defense is gonna lose us a few games thread, that we must understand the defense is not giving up 13 to 18 points a game like the dominant defenses of the past, not when your defense is on the field for 40 minutes, that's a byproduct of having a great offense unfortunately
Bleed playclock. They've been doing it more lately. Pick and choose when you go fast on playclock, like right after a big play and the DLine are huffing with hands on hips from running down field.

I really haven't seen us slowing it down on offense. Only when they are trying to get the signals from the sideline and it's a little time consuming. Maybe that's by choice like you say.
