it's not just me, it's the media, and everyone else. the only time i have ever read or heard anything about who is calling the plays, was in that article in this thread, and he didn't even say Crowton was, he just said "Right". Whats going to happen when Crowton gets canned and the same sh!t continues to happen.
yeah. sadly i think the comparison is appropriate but blaming les miles for what happens on the field is like blaming ronald mcdonald when you get a bad hamburger at McD's. i really do think they're a step away from just giving miles something shiny to play with on the bench on gamedays.
It wasn't easy, trust me. I listened to the post-game presser at least 3 times. He was saying that the correct call should have been "clock it", and then then call a play, etc.
well unfortunately for me, i was hoping we'd see a new OC in 2010 to see if the same stuff happened. didn't happen and that's probably when miles lost me. even if he was handcuffed by alleva, miles can hand the trigger to someone else or take it himself. we've seen, in a year and 5 games what a change at DC can do. i would believe the same would happen at OC
Since this is the case, and if he's screwing up so royally, and the offense has regressed every year, WHY is he still here!! :geauxtige
I'm starting to believe the story about them not wanting to buy out his contract. Hopefully they can get past that this offseason. Maybe I'll start a donations site and take up a collection to put towards his buyout.
