Mo Isom to tryout for the LSU Tigers Football team

I hope that they aren't using the tackling thing as an excuse. If she just isn't good enough as a kicker, that is fine, and they should say so.

I can see how Les would be concerned about the backlash if they did let her on the team and she ended up getting hurt, though. I just don't get the "come back in August" part unless they honestly think 4.5 months of tackling practice is going to make a difference.

If she's not going to make the team they shouldn't string her along.

 

The recent tryout was for kick offs. The august tryout will be for placekicking.

les isnt concerned about that because she cant kick and had zero chance to make the team.

whats not to get? do you want him to be honest? please. what kind of world do you think this is? you cant tell a pretty girl with the media on her side that she has no chance.

les has no choice but to say nice things while continuing to be aware that she is terrible at kicking (relative to male div 1 kickers, obviously).

 

I guess we are doing this for simple exposure at this point. And because shes a cool chick.

well if the hc has told you you arent making the team why do it? Because they wink and nod and say this is fun. Les is thinking I love me some irrelevant Mo questions over why didnt I pull JJ questions.

 

Hot girls get lots of things that non-hot girls don't. If Mo were the typical soccer dyke then this wouldn't even be a topic.

of course they can deny her a tryout. they dont have to tryout anyone at all.

correct. a sufficiently hot girl is never told "no". and she is pretty damn hot. i think it trivializes the sport to do silly things like this, but it doesnt matter at all. people wil still line up and say stupid things like "i think she deserves a shot...good for her", even though she doesnt deserve a shot and has literally zero chance to make the team and is wasting everyone's time.

there was a point at which it wasnt about mo issom seeking publicity?
