If she can kick the ball for a touchback every time, let her play. She doesn't have to kick fieldgoals. If she can boot it out the endzone , let her do it. It would also be great pr for lsu. Good luck to her. Ps. I have seen what girls can do. I had an 17 year old blackbelt in my classes that beat the chit out of dudes all the time. They really started trying after she bloodied their nose and punt kicked them in the nads. Don't underestimate what any devoted and motivated individual can do. First lesson in fighting.
I have a niece that's a blackbelt and like the poster above, whips up on the dudes in tournaments all the time. Plus, she always wins her forms. She gave a demonstration at her high school during a pep rally. She broke cinder blocks with her kicks and plywood with punches. Noone there messes with her. They actually make wide arcs around her in the hall between classes. There are girls who can bring it!
In kicking anything as in hitting a golf ball, it's not how strong you are it's how fast you can swing the clubhead (or foot). It's the old E=mc2 thing where the speed is much more important than the mass.
Subjective, and only one apparatus in common. Subjective. I highly doubt a great womens team could compete with a bad men's team. Subjective.
What I would be worried about is these kids doing something stupid that could get them expelled for sexual harassment. Something as stupid as hanging jock straps in her locker to walking around in front of her in jock straps. Something that's a stupid joke could ruin a young mans career. Then there is the major crimes like taking pictures ala erin Andrews These young men are just that- young...and stupid. I can see a major downside to this if not handled very carefully.
