So I will start this discussion. Mo Claiborne got a 4 on the wonderlic test. Young got a 6 and was vilified as an idiot.
I have seen the wonderlic test it is 4th grade level questions.
There is no way he could possibly be that stupid.

My only thought is he said "Well I am getting drafted top 5 no matter what and I am about to be rich. They can wonderlic my b*lls..." and his simply scribbled in dots.

Apparently, rumor is he has a learning disability, so that would make sense as to why he got a 4..

Bottom line though, he is a hell of a person and just as good a football player, it won't affect his draft status much if at all

Well I think the world of the guy and has been nothing but class at LSU. BUT if that is true, he has a learning disability how in the heck did he get through 3 years of LSU ?
No it will not effect anything. Just reading about our fine university on ESPN and the internet world where again everyone is having their fun at the expense of LSU. No matter how you slice it. This does not look good for our school and yet another reason for people to dog pile on LSU.

I generally take a pretty hard core view on these low tests, but Claiborne is top notch, and then some. A LD can really screw one up on a standardized test. Anyone with any sense, will know this and totally discount the score. I expect there will be a few more questions asked of him, but I sure hope this does not hurt him in any way.

it wont hurt him in the draft. he probable has dylexia or some sort of reading issue. he probably would do fine on an oral test. and it doesnt matter anyways, you dont have to speedread to intercept passes.

My younger daughter is being tested for dyslexia next Friday at Scottish Rite. A couple of her accomodations, should she be found to be dyslexic, would be extended time for testing, as well as oral testing. I'm guessing she wouldn't do well on a timed test.

You might want to have her get "mark in book". We have that additional accommodation in NC. Should help a lot circling the answer in a book, rather than having to bubble a horizontal choice. Good Luck.
