Just imagine guys, being about 22 years old and getting a about a ten million dollar check and several million a year after that for four or five years. These dudes don't realize how fortunate they are. I'm not saying that the money isn't deserved but that it's fortunate that everything worked out in their favor. I can only imagine what never having to worry about paying bills again would feel like. Not just that, to be able to play football at that high of a level must be about the funnest thing you can do with your clothes on.
And let's not forget with all that money you will probably be able to indulge in the funnest things you can do without your clothes on.
I'd like to see that stat backed up with some documentation. I know a lot of them blow their money as fast as it comes in but I also know a lot of them manage their money very well with the help of money managers.
