    GAME OVER!!!

    Good job Saints!!!

    NO 25
    SF 22

They didn't play great on offense or defense but the turnovers helped get the job done.

We need to get clicking before next Sunday.

This is true, but what I take away from it is this - the Saints of old would find ways to lose a game like tonight. Now, we're finding ways to win them. Although SF is not an elite NFL team, they have the type of team that matches up well with us - a premier running back and stout defense. Not only that, but everyone is going to want to see how they stack up against the defending champs, so we'll get their best effort.

Bottom line is there's no style points needed in the NFL and we're 2-0 heading into division

    2 DAT!

We were outplayed on both sides of the ball tonight, and are very fortunate to come out of there with a win. I knew SF was not as bad as the Seattle game suggested. I am also certain we will be in a battle every week this year. Just like we circled the New England game on the schedule last year, this year everyone's got us circled. We will have to scratch and claw and get used to accepting ugly wins like tonight.

    Atlanta scares me next week.

Hope Reggie's OK, but I suspect he's not.

Same here and they have a premier back and an all world LB. However, I think Turner is dinged a little and, John Abraham aside, I don't think their D is quite as good as SF. I think the offense gets on track next week and we'll need it because ATL with score points against us.

You're right about getting everyone's best. I don't care what it looks like as long as they win.

(P.S. we're doing the 'double dip' next weekend. Going to the WV game Sat, then staying the night in New Orleans and going to the Saints game Sunday.)
