That's my guess. I don't see us losing to the hated Falcons next Sunday. If we get past the 49ers (we should without much of an issue), then we're looking at Ben Rapelesberger and the Steelers as the only ream capable of stopping our run to 10-0.
Here is the 49ers head coach on the verge of insanity. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2i3VXgKtq0A&feature=player_embedded]YouTube - Mike Singletary "near" Meltdown (RatGate)[/ame]
I bet the players hate playing for Singletary. He's always seemed like an a-hole. Also, I think that the reporter/anchor did a great job handling the situation.
always looking ahead with near unrealistic expectations, eh? not saying we can't be 10-0, just saying I am focusing on and enjoying taking on the 49ers this week. can't say i even knew who we are playing next week. used to look ahead, but it gets me over-giddy and set up for disappointment. hopefully, the players are looking at this one-game at a time. people say that is a cliche, but it really is the right approach to stay focused. as a fan, you obviously can look ahead, but nobody is going to go back and say, boy Isltl, you are a psychic, you picked the Saints to be 10-0 in week 2. they will, however, point out how often your predictions are so incredibly off and overzealous...... consistently:hihi: hope you are right, though.
6.5 quarters into the season and the offense isn't clicking. Stop getting cute with the play calling and just win the damn game.
When Alex Smith is on the sidelines smiling we're in trouble. We're getting beat by a very average QB. We're getting no pressure on him and we can't seem to cover the receivers. We were called for offensive holding and then gave up a sack a few plays later. I would like to see SF get called for holding as well.
