    Top 8th...Sox up 8-3!

Sox looking for their 10th win in a row.

...and the Yankees are losing to the Braves 5-1 Top of 9th.

    What a great night. :thumb:

The Braves will beat the Yanks again tomm, and I'm quite sure the Sox will destroy the Mets again, so a great night will turn into a great day tomm

    It's over...Sox win 9-4.

I thought the pregame tribute that honored the '86 Sox team was good. They didn't honor the WS loss, just the many accomplishments of that team. That team was picked near the bottom of the division by many before the season. I can still remember those WS games...that still hurts. I think the '04 WS win eased some of that pain for a lot of Sox fans.

You got that right, spirited I mean.
You should have heard them on the radio up here today, still upset because
    Pedro got away.

They said the Red Sox have won 10 in a row.
I was at the Philly vs Red Sox game on Saturday btw, my dream came true of going to
Finway Park to see a Sox game.
Couldn't have scripted it any better, walk off homerun by David Ortiz.

I don't have a favorite in the American league but I'm starting to like the Red
Sox, I love the history and tradition, the curse, everything about em.
We also have something in common, I don't like the Yankees either!

You were at Fenway?...Lucky you! :thumb: Going to try hard to make a trip up there next year. Don't know if we should take that looooong drive or fly.

Bot 2nd [IMG] are now up 4-0. Thanks Milledge for all your help last night and tonight. Keep it up.

after last night i wasnt too disappointed, but now i will accept that i am a stupid moron and you were right. the mets are not playing as well as i had predicted. i thought they would steamoll the sox, and i still think they have the talent to do so, but they seem to be nervous or shaken or something. i hope that as the season progresses they will become a more confident team with more swagger and they will go into fenway in the world series knowing they will hammer the sox.

although it is just the third inning, maybe the mets will come back from 5-0? ....maybe? ok i know they wont.

    I'm ticked off....
I can't get the Red Sox games at this hotel.
I'd move but it looks like I probably will be moving in a couple of weeks anyway.

The Red Sox are hot, I think its more of the way they are
playing than their opposition right now!

The game is blacked out on ESPN 2 here because it is being televised on
a local sports channel like NESN or something.
The only problem we don't get that channel here at the hotel!
We get the basics here, abc, espn 1 & 2, tbs, tnt, wgn, A & E and thats about it!:dis:

I might have to get sling box soon.
Some selections at this hotels are horrible while others aren't too bad.
