kaz has that homerun problem and it could surface again tonight. ill set the over/under on 2' over/under on dice-k's walks? Ill set it at 5 Ill take the over on the runs tonight whatever it is. probably 8' kaz 100 pitches by 5.2
over/under = 9 runs. I see 5-2 Sox win. Dice K has a rough 1st inning and then nothing else. Kazmir treads on thin ice until the 6th when Boston roughs him up.
not a bad assessment, except Maddon will not wait that long into the 6th inning to allow Kaz to blow up. The Rays bullpen has had 4 days of rest now. Maddon is looking for him to go 5, maybe 6 if he is somewhat economical. Any sign of wearing down from the 90th pitch on, the bullpen will be warming up. Balfour, Bradford, Howell and Wheeler can pitch a combined 6 innings if necessary. Maddon wants to end this tonight. He will be very aggressive is his attempts to accomplish that mission.
longoria and upton have 6 apiece in the postseason? unreal. and upton has a bum shoulder he has to have fixed in the offseason. hes not 100%. kids are gonna be good. better win before they have to pay them all in full.
