I got the upset of the year: Missouri 44, Oklahoma 41 I am using the revenge factor as motivation to what OU did to Mizzou last year, same exact scenario of going to the NC game if they win. OU's defense is not the same away from home. Missouri causes a couple of big turnovers to win this game.
I'm liking that. I just don't want to see USC play in the championship game. Now if UCLA and Mizzou could pull off upsets this weekend, that would be sweet.
USC won't jump Texas. Texas has too many voters who are upset that OU got the nod to play for the Big 12 CG. USC's computer polls will still lag far behind Texas.
I can see it being an upset, but not if it's played in the 40's. If Missou can keep it low scoring, it could be a good game. If Bradford's fingers are aching, all bets are off.
Texas held them to 35, and that was with almost a quarter of play left. Anything lower than the 40s would be a surprise.
if it's played in the 40s or 50s, OU wins. Missou can't win a shoot-out with them. It's the same for the Bama/UF game. If Florida gets 30-40, it's lights out.
if it comes to that USC SHOULD jump Texas. This is a forum full of people who said last year that a team who didn't win their conference didn't deserve to go to the national title game. Why does that change when it's USC that would benefit and not LSU?
