I suggest you brush up on your reading comprehension. I've been critical of the defense and coaching from the beginning.
This cannot be overlooked. The effort on defense across the board was PATHETIC. Bo shares blame, but you can’t out scheme a lack of effort.
The damn talking heads said the LSU defenders looked like they were in warmup. Exactly. Only saw a few "highlights" but that is exactly what is going on. Some of that is physical, but most is between the ears!
Lets face it. Our defense sucks. Poor effort. Por tackling. Poor coaching. What else is there to say. No leadership. Same could be said for the 4 plays from the one. Poor playcalling. Poor oline. Poor decesions. These coaches deserved to lose. These players deserved to lose. LSU is a bad team. They got beat by an even worse team. This team has no plays running that have any kind of misdirection, It is so predictable. When the running back motions behind the qb it is a dive play up the middle. Rediculous. Coach O needs to look at his coaches and their philosophy as much as looking at putting players on defense who know who to be responsible for and what their assignments are. Bottom line is LSU is just a bad team this year.
O gets the blame as well, d line is his baby and we didn’t even make that rookie nervous. Nobody got close and was manhandled by an inferior offensive line. You could see lack of effort was the problem and for the paycheck O is getting he should be able to find a way to motivate them.
On a day that we should have been cheering the gators loss too. Well be lucky to keep the gators to 55 next week.
