I could not be happier for Mizzou. As a life long LSU fan and a recent Missouri transplant I kinda of adopted Mizzou as my second favorite team. So many fans up here thought Mizzou would be a door mat for years before becoming competitive. They did two things right tonight (actually more than that) beat TAM and kept Bama out of the last BCS game. Whats not to like.
If Missouri wins the SEC CG, and especially if they get into the title game, Pinkel gets the coach of the year award and it won't be close. If they lose, then Cutcliffe might get it for Duke.
Like my buddy says, whoever LSU plays this week, bet against them next week. A team gets spent playing LSU
Well, the winner of the sec should get it considering where both teams were at last year. But winning at Duke in football is pretty monumental too.
Yeah I forgot about Malzaln. The coach of the year should be the winner of the SEC CG. Cutcliffe had his team 6-6 and playing in a bowl last year. Missouri and Auburn were left for dead in the SEC coming into this season. So there is your difference. And it's not like the ACC is very good this year.
