    Les is out of his depth. I defended him for years, but I've seen it now for the past three, that he simply doesn't belong there. Ask yourself why young players have started to jump ship the past few years to the NFL as soon as they can. Ask yourself why, regardless of who are OC is, the offense ends up looking the same. The common thread is Les.

    Well guys we were exposed tonight, not pretty but it happens. We don't have it this year and ain't gonna get it no time soon. We have to find some leaders and get less predictable, but we will be back to a title contender again.....

    The first drive of the game looked pretty much the same. We have been getting blown off the ball all night long.

    I am just curious as to why if you say something about les or the coaching staff you are a hater? Is it possible to just say what is on your mind and actually be calling it the way you see it?
