For the last few years, we have had a number of people and some Tiger fans picking the Tigers to drop 5,6,7 or 8 games, Les just keeps on winning. Looking for more of the same .
Remember this? Start of the season, a&m beat up on usce, then uga was on a roll. Uga was to beat usce, didn't happen. Then A&M was the big dog, but wait, Rice ran up an down the field on them, the Sumlin high powered offense, put up less yards than the offense of Rice, after Rice had held out players from both sides of the ball, getting ready for conference play this week. Some like barn, K State left a ton of points on the field last night. Barn should have that loss right now. Snyder had a good game plan, I see he saw a little of Chiefs film, from the last two years. Still lots of football to play, but I still like our chances.
@LSUDad I was never sold on the eAtMe machine. It took 5 hot minutes for me to tell that the obc over at usce went right back to his old ways of not knowing the names of anyone on the defensive side. They will be good, just not as good as s. Car made them look.
So you saw what I did. Everyone was on that train, I could have completed some of those passes, too easy.
Shit, that was way too easy to see. I'm friends with one of the local radio guys here and the week after the atm loss he took s. Car as his "lock of the week" laying a ton of points to E. Car. I texted him right away and said "dude, cancel that crap you are gonna lose" He didn't listen.
As close as LSU wants it to be, remember LSU put up 59 points on them last year. I was asking some of the crew at Pokies yesterday if they remember the score, got everything from 31-41, when I said 59, many couldn't remember it being that high, an the game was at State.
I had a good trivia question for the Lunch Bunch yesterday: Name this former LSU player, he started out at LSU, but finished college playing football for Tulane. He was a first round pick, the second player taken that year. He started out as a halfback, but was the first to be used as what is now called the Flanker position. A couple more hints: He tied a record with Gale Sayers, scoring 6 TD's in an NFL game. He went on to coach Jim Brown and Paul Warfield, two HOF 's.
