    I read somewhere that Tubberville would take a year off in hopes that LSU melts down next season and fire Les Miles. He covets the LSU job.

    And I am not kidding.

    Would be a pretty good day if you ask me.

    Not that I think Miles will be or should be fired, but I would take Tubbs over Miles every time.

    Florida offensive coordinator Dan Mullen and assistant head coach Dan McCarney have had discussions with other schools about their head coaching vacancies, coach Urban Meyer said Sunday.

    Meyer said Mullen spoke with Mississippi State about filling the spot left open when Sylvester Croom resigned earlier this month.
