Been reported in Shreveport that La Tech Head Coach and ex assistant under Saban at LSU may be the leading candidate for the MSU Head coaching job replacing Crooms.
He's the person I thought of immediately. He may be the AD at LaTech, but he must aspire to coach in the SEC, wouldn't you think?
i think dooley would be a great hire. maybe even influenced more by the fact that tech beat state this year. i would think dooley has the title of AD because of a pay hike but who knows maybe he likes the added responsibility. i would think a coach would just want to coach. if they do hire dooley and kiffin's in at tenn, then the SEC is getting younger in the coaching ranks.
