WHich is why I said with a "half way decent oline". I mean, these teams are some monsters. You got me! BYU - LSU destroyed Kentucky - Rushed for 115 but UK was not a good team A&M - 10th in SEC rushing UMass - I mean really? They rushed for 127 Bama - 3rd in SEC rushing - Lost game Ark - 1-7 in the SEC in 2017 Ole Miss - 11th in SEC rushing - Lost game Louisville - Ran for 187 Not to mention AU and UGA torched them.
Come on now...changing the narrative in less than five minutes. Bama, AU, and UGA had among the best offensive lines in college football last season--all three among the top 25 rushing programs. Those teams gashed them. Now I sit here thinking about how State has a 21 point lead with a minute left in the game and how you thought it was laughable I said State could beat this team by 28 in mid-season form. Not much of a stretch, eh? Not a big deal...just fits with what I said in the "Big Games Saturday" thread...a lot of LSU taking MSU lightly.
They beat up on a bad Big 12 Team who damn near lost to South Dakota State. Let’s be honest with ourselves here.
It was in my original post dude. We had over half of our starters on Dline out or injured and a makeshift and injured Oline when we played MSU. If we played them at the end of the season, we win. Plain and simple.
LSU beat a bad ACC team who lost their last 4 games, last winning a game November 18, 2017. Yes, let's be honest here.
Miami is not a “bad” team. They are a good ranked team. It’s a fact this year and a fact last year. Sorry you hate that LSU won.
