Well boys n girls - Brennan isn’t very good but he did get them 27 points . That should be enough to beat Moo State . Pellini defense sucks dog turd. What concerns me is how little invested the team looked. Today looked like a spring game with two different color jerseys . No juice .No mojo.
Pretty terrible take. Myles Brennan/apparently the offense in general isn't going to be the reason why we're winning any games this year, but 27 points, above 4.3 YPC (not going to count the brennan scrambles because, well, he's a statue and shouldn't scramble), 58.7% completion rate, 345 yards passing, and 7.5 YPA should be enough to win. It's not a mindblowing performance on any front, but enough to win regardless. The defense and especially secondary being awful is why we lost. And while I'm glad to see we're still committed to being a pass first team from now on, especially for recruiting's sake, we should have ran more. The run game was working.
Pass plays that take 5-10 sec to setup arent going to cut it, especially when the line isnt blocking dogshit.
Tigers looked like a first game of the season team with practically all new starters and staff,.. the bad call by the refs negated a fumble, Tigers should have had it in the red zone with the lead, horrible call, it was a game changer,.. LSU would probably have escaped this first game with a win,.. that woulda been good enough, with time to prepare for the next battle
