Who says? Where do people come up with statements like this. I suppose USC and Texas should never lose at all.

Like others have said, this is where you went wrong. You set yourself up for disappointment... not faulting the zealous fandom... just doesn't seem healthy or realistic.

I do, however, agree with you that against Florida, I would have played Lee if we're really not getting it done. I think what you have to consider, is the age old debate of whether you believe in a two QB system or not. Jefferson is a young impressionable sophomore, who has in some situations shown an ability to lead the team to a comeback (like as in just the prior week against UGA on the road). So, Miles, knowing Miles, sticks by his players. I think if you're going to play Lee, you almost have to "carve out" some time for him so Jefferson knows that he'll be in a few series a game--even with that, no telling whether that messes with his psyche at all. I personally, as a fan, would like to see how Lee looks, whether he's improved.

I don't know, however, if Miles/Crowton will do that. We may see it happen in one of our "off games" in the second half... or not.

Lester Ricard was that QB who transferred from the Great Saban. Leaving us with no Qb between JR, MF and RP. Also JJ was forced into playing at the end of last season due to injuries to JL and AH. It's funny how the QB on the bench is always better than the starter around here. Grass is always greener kind of thing. If JL was starting and throwing ints ya'll would be calling for CLM's head for not playing JJ. No win situation. The coaches have more insight than a few fans who don't get to watch practices and such. I'll stick with their call. But I'm not against putting JL in for a couple series a game.
