If DeBose has a great season he'll probably move up & be a 5*. He's right there at 31.CB Brandon Smith is only one spot away eventhough he wont be signing here.
Benton will not count as far as Rivals/Scout is concerned. And I still think your 25 number is too high. According to Mike S recently, the magic number is 21, and then assume 2 greyshirt/non-qualifiers. Henton may count back against last year's numbers, so I'll give one more there & that makes 24 as a max (counting Benton, although I think he has to re-sign).
These guys will definitely be in the class: Randle Loston Sentimore Mingo X'ua-Filo, McFarland Michael/Richardson & DeBose - 50% chance with each, but I don't think we land them all.
I know you're not talking to me, but I was just coming to edit my post & say that we need to add him... I expect him to be in our class.
I did, then I pulled him out. I guess I am not ready to convince myself that we take a FB with the numbers being so tight. If Benton won't count towards the class, then I would add in Singleton (3 star?). Then we end up with a 4.03 average instead.
Benton, if he qualifies, will count against the numbers of the class, but Rivals/Scout will not include him in our ranking.
