-If the EU is able to successfully detach its future from the US and move closer to Russian and China then the US is in deep trouble.

-Am I the only one that finds it suspicious that the American rating agencies downgraded Greek debt and caused a crisis in the euro? Where are the competing European rating agencies? Haven't the Chinese been trying to establish a counterpart to the rating agencies headquartered in the US?

-I would never put my money into third world currencies....I would buy gold or yen or yuan but am too poor to do anything about it at the moment.

-Obviously we have different opinions on this one but I would agree with everything you have said if you took a picture of the situation today. But I don't think the world will look the same in 5 years. I am convinced the world will look radically different, maybe in 10 years maybe in 15 years. I have a history of being way too early with all my calls or else I would have some money to actually do something about it.:hihi:

Anyway, the Fed Reserve will never stop printing money and you will never see gold under $1000 again. Once the dollar starts slipping as the reserve currency and the music stops things will look a lot different for those running the show in DC. That's my take.....

I don't think I would use the word conspiracy in this case but it's obvious to even the the simplest minds that national sovereignty is being eroded in favor of global governance at the governmental and non-governmental level. If you cannot admit that then I don't know what world you are looking at....

You are mistaken if you believe the US government is an advocate of truth and justice. You are talking about a government that forcefully rejected the right of several states to secede from the Union and suspended habeus corpus in states remaining in the Union. The Continental Congress was not some sort of blood oath to the death. It was supposed to establish a democracy. That means if you want out....you get out....


These same people have placed the control of our national currency into the hands of a private bank. Jefferson warned about this and Andrew Jackson gambled his entire political life in combating this. Also, we run around the damn globe trying to fix every problem or "make the world safe for democracy"....what a load of chit.....the Founding Fathers expressly encouraged us to avoid such arrangements along with "entangling alliances"....

I'll put my money or my gold on the Founding Fathers every time if forced to decide between this cast of "do-gooders".....Obama, Bernanke....the Clintons.....Greenspan or Geithner in contast to the men that actually put their principles down on paper and then stuck to them whether it was popular or not. Obama should be quiet and let the economy self correct.....but instead he's going to push through Health Care for God's sake? In the middle of the biggest Recession since the '30's....please....

The US is in desperate need of some leadership and I don't see any coming our way....sell the dollar....it's got nowhere to go but down from here....
