That's how brotherhood and honor codes are built within the ranks... Eventually the ones not doing the misdeeds will get tired of being punished and start taking ownership of the other players. This team is going to be deadly in the 4th qtr, when other teams are starting to tire.
The extra running can't hurt for sure. I wonder how the coaching style of each coach has been affected? I would think there is an intensity increase and not a lot of compassion in practice.
Not sure about this bar in particular, but most bars in Louisiana allow anyone 18 and over inside. The 18 to 20 yr olds wear a wrist ban to designate their age and are not allowed any alchohol.
And nothing whatsoever if false. The police are actually doing their jobs here. The Oregon police gave your doper quarterback a pass. Nothing to address. In Louisiana you can go into bars at age 18 to eat, play pool, and socialize, you just can't drink.
I was just about to post this, but wasn't sure if it was different these days. When I was at LSU, 18 year olds could get in anywhere, they just weren't supposed to drink. We always did, anyway, of course.
I think that's a bit harsh, Red. I think I know how you feel though. The Cliff Harris deal, followed by the Lyles crap was very, very disappointing. It’s a college bar brawl, have you never been in one? - I have been in plenty! - And was makes us so angry is that there may be a GOOD chance, JJ had absolutely NOTHING to do with it, as laduckfan said, "Guilty by association" It sucks!
