I've found my calling. Red, see what you can do about getting me the position of "official ass kicker". I could accompany the team on these little excursions and when they encounter "likes to fight guy" they would have something to counter with and we don't have to worry about suspensions. Well.. as long as I can watch the games from jail.:D

Remember the UNC game last year? The shoe may be on the other foot.

As a family man, you only have to keep an eye on your kids, as a Football Coach, you have to keep an eye on everyone elses kids. It use to be too easy to monitor curfew, on campus dorms made it easy. Oh you still had a few that would try and buck the system. Les will get the job done, he will handle this problem.

Sit down and talk with coaches, too many stories. This is why many schools stay in a hotel even for home games, curfew is hard to police.

Breaking curfew while not a good thing isn't really all that bad. It happens all the time on every team. You would like to limit it but it's really not a huge deal two weeks before the season even starts. Being involved in a street brawl is an entirely different animal. If players think this is acceptable behavior then there is a problem. It's especially disturbing that team leaders were there and didn't help avoid the situation and worse yet that team leaders seem to have been directly involved. I wouldn't sweat the curfew issue, Miles will handle that easily. The bigger problem is the possible loss of your starting QB and the apparent lack of leadership from within the team. Those will be much bigger problems for Miles to solve.

Thanks to the NCAA, being unable to police the curfew. If you can police, none of this happens.

This is a side of clm we don't see as fans. This is the fighter at the heart of miles. I do not envy being in any one of the kids shoes that broke team rules.

This may be a galvanizing point for this team that may give them the fire and discipline to go to new Orleans for the championship. They will fight for miles' respect now and it may make all the diffrence.
