I think anyone with some sense would know JJ would not be kicking anyone in the head. He may be dumb. But he's a nice kid.
wondering how much of this if from some that are friends with those that were on the other side of the fight from the players, that tried to spread false rumors on message boards and damage reputations further? so much of this has been "football players went on a murderous rampage" that it goes against how they have acted during their time at lsu and a lot of it has not added up. lets hope this turns out to be a lot of rumors and a simple fight. it still should not have happened, and there still needs to be consequences for those that broke curfew and were where they should not have been. but i hope the "football players run amok" stuff will calm down now.
I heard that one of the victims is a POS and has a long history of fighting. I have his name but not sure if he is the Marine but I think he is. There is a reason he fled and wouldn't surprise me if all those guys claiming to be his friend on the boards did just to take the attention off of them.
Other than the fight it's self, violating curfew would be the only issue. What are LSU fans opinion as to what punishment Miles will be?
All four of the ones charged with battery will be suspended without question. The felony charges could get two of them dismissed from the team and the university. It's hard to see Les playing anyone with pending felony charges against him. LSU will not go through a season with that kind of reputation. Les may suspend others for team rules violations as well. So there may be 4 to 8 players out for Oregon. LSU will have to beat Oregon with one hand tied behind its back.
Well Jefferson and Davenport may not be much of a loss. One is a horrible QB and the other is someone just trying to stay on the team at a new position. Downs is a big loss in the middle. Landry wouldn't have factored into the first game anyway. Overall, this isn't the North Carolina team LSU faced last year. We're still potent. Very potent.
