Like we can believe most things any coach says about future jobs while still employed somehwere, but, Stoops apparently made similiar comments along the lines of what CUM said. In order for Stoops to go to ND, imo, OU would have to force him out first and I don't see that happening. But then again some of the coaching changes i've seen the last few years says, never say never until the process is complete.
Miles would have to be an idiot to up and leave to a job like ND on his own with a multi-million dollar buyout clause here, if Miles were to leave LSU, he'll force LSUs' hand to collect that money, it'd be along the same lines of you winning an $18M dollar lottery, and you just sitting on the winning ticket until the deadline passed to collect. Mike and Mike are saying the two big front runners for the job is Stoops and Kelley... between those two i'd have to say Kelley is the more likely choice here.
