I wouldn't go that far. I can tell you the message I'm hearing (outside the state of La) is exactly the message @red55 and @LSUDad preached for years. They just fired the winningest coach in their history, 70%, blah blah blah. It's not a good look at all. Of course they all see the stubbornness and lack of offense but they just can't get past it. I personally don't think it will matter in the long run. I say this because they all slobber over how many we put in the NFL and say the same things that we do, WYD! Coaches are ego maniacs and one of them will take the bait. Someone will hire him just for his record.
Im telling you, if I were the Penn St AD, I would have been on the phone with Miles on Sunday. I think he would be a brilliant hire for the Nittany Lions.
