Utter failure doesn't get you 11-2 followed by 13-1

Those that called me crazy can now point that claim of insanity right back at Les Miles! Please take note that I'm not at all implying that putting Shepard at quarterback just blows up the offense. I just don't believe what we were fed about Shepard.

Numbers. Not wins, wins come as a team. So do losses. Numbers and Relevance. Throw some NFL in there too and again NFL Relevance.

If the current course continues, and it will, that record isn't sustainable for very long. Offensive recruits are going to dry up.

So if wins don't count how can numbers when you need a WR to throw too?

    They said this in 2008.

    Yet, they still flock.

I'll give you that. However, go back and look at our big plays from that season. Offensive players, specifically receivers, had way more opportunity to actually catch the ball that year though. We're now in an unending rut of conservatism and predictability though. It's very different from 2008.

You'd have to be insane to think that LSU can continue to pull in highly desirable offensive recruits with the unimaginable offensive stagnation.

You are being selective. We had great playmakers every year. It's what Louisiana does.

Anyway to fire a coach who's won 80% of games as an SEC coach and to replace that based on knee jerks, go for it and good luck.. Y'all clamor for this shift but have no real viable option..... None of you have a damned clue.

Miles wins despite what you like or don't like.

Bingo. Who in their right mind would want to play in this offense? Especially a QB with NFL aspirations. And don't think that's not used against us by other recruiters because it absolutely is.

I don't want the man fired, but I do want him to make some major changes. I want him to quit trying to jam a square peg into a round hole. I want the offense to look like it's improving, not getting worse. And, I want to see at least ONE play that I've never seen before.

    Don't you?
