Miles should look at all of the offers on the table and decide which is best for him and his family. That being said, he would take a great risk going back to Michigan. He has a built in dynasty here in BR whose wheels he continues to lubricate by bringing in great talent and good assistants. He could go on for years and be successful in the best conference in the US. If he goes to Michigan and doesn't turn the program around in 3 years, he will be unemployed.
You could read anything you want into that press conference, it was very vague and non committal. Until he says I'm staying or I'm going all these little snippets do nothing but fuel the speculation on both sides. We're just going to have to let this one play out. The sooner the better for everyone.
Well, he could end all speculation by telling his agent to tell Mich. that he's happy here and wants to remain the LSU coach, but if he did that, then he couldn't really leverage LSU for an extension and/or more money.
