If Les Miles does leave, I think he should contact all the recruits and tell them they need to sign with LSU on the 2nd regardless.
Both sides, LSU and UM, seem to think that Miles doesn't want to be on that list of coaches who have turned the UM AD (his former teammate and good friend) down. It would make sense as to why he is being coy about it along with helping himself with leverage. No one has the answer of when this will be but if he ends up staying I am sure Miles will just say he was never offered by UM and leave it at that. I think UM will try to do an informal interview tomorrow while Les is at the coaching convention in Dallas. I heard that from someone 3 days ago. Herb Vincent has said he is scheduled to fly right back to LSU after his speech however be we know the drill. Who knows. Maybe a day or so after that.
