Good question. Everyone's panicking and, given his history, wants to believe that the negative parts are all true. Just like the Varsity incident, we'll find out in due time what's going on.
http://www.2theadvocate.com/ the advocate has just said perriloux suspended indefinely les miles announced...
Apparently, the announcement will come through a news release rather than a press conference. I just feel they are entitled to something more. As far as the press is concerned, they will print what they want regardless of whether or not Miles has a press release. Cancelling the conference just gives them more to talk about. He should have had the PC and declined any questions about Perrilloux. Let the press print what they want to print, but if Miles only provides information on the new coaches, the press will only have that to chew on unless they get information from another source.
Yeah but you know everything. I do know WKRP is in Cincinnati though. Nootch is in da marsh- very open and great reception. It's a tough call for sure and as luck would have it, he was away for the weekend so that, of no one's fault, didn't help. I do think he should have had the PC to do exactly what you said though and stomp it out, but an argument can be made for either way so that's just me. It does show how huge "Off the field" infractions can spill over as far as it distracts/interrupts them business...JohnLSU, ya listening? I agree.
For a while I was working in Alexandria, VA and my wife and son were still living a bit south of Savannah. I was driving home for a long weekend once and could not believe my ears when I was driving through North Carolina and was listening to a Jesuit football game on WWL radio while stuck still in traffic from a wreck on I-95. I can vouch for the truth of your words, my friend.
At night WWL AM flips a switch that boosts their power to be one of the most powerful signals in the nation. Try listening after 8 pm.
