Not sure but this is pretty impressive. We dont' have the toughest OOC schedule but it's not a complete cake walk either. I would imagine there are other coaches who are undefeated OOC.
No offense, but who the hell gets worked up about OOC record? Well, except for the teams that actually play somebody good OOC. We played Va Tech in 2007. Between that game and the UF grudge match, we earned enough goodwill to get in the BCSCG even with two losses. We should schedule more of those games rather than ULL, ULM, etc.
We schedule at least one every yr it seems. It isn't our fault that when the arrangement is made the team we do it with is good, but by the time we play them they aren't good anymore. ie Washington. I don't think it is a matter of getting worked up about it, it is a point of fact the Miles hasn't lost an OOC. This just gives some LSU fans more confidence in that we will beat PSU. Considering Miles is undefeated in his BCS matchups against OOC teams, as well as the lessor competition, personally I like our chances regardless of what issues we need to improve on. Give Miles a month to prepare and he will crush you.:geaux: :LSU231: :milesmic:
Attention: LSU petitions SEC office for 4 consecutive Bye's to be used before this years Alabama game in BR. Oddly, this straps LSU with no Bye's for the next 4 seasons. No surprise, I think we all know next year is a big one for CLM. :milesmic:
