Oh now you get it? That's what I said in my first post and also why there's no reason TO answer that question. See, you just answered your own question.
I, as a fan, don't require or even necessarily want an "admission" of anything from Les. Just put the player(s) out there who are the best for the TEAM. That is all.
Perhaps, but we also need for Dworaczyk to get in some game time to perfect that new footwork that tackles have to manage . . . in a game that won't be close. I wouldn't mind him giving up two more sacks in this game if it teaches him another technique he must perfect before Florida.
Until the JJ fiasco last year, I always ass/u/med that coaches played the best 11. Not so sure anymore, but you would have to think if there was a better player, he'd be in. Of course.....
I've always been more pro-Miles that most of my friends but that incident is hard to defend Miles. That and Miles saying Mett would have played in the BCS championship last year if it weren't for his injury have me scratching my head the most. For the Ole Miss game, I think it just happened so fast that it was difficult for Miles to remember all of the details of the chaos.
Sure. He's definitely not beyond reproach. I've just never known him to publicly criticize the performance of his players. He may say things like "unit X needs to improve", but he doesn't go all Bob Stoops on his guys.
Les Miles will ever say anything negative about any offensive lineman. The thing that scares me the most and Ive said it in other threads, is that Josh D is going to come out and have an almost perfect game against Towson, and will completely mask the weakness we have at left tackle. I almost hope (and of course without any injuries happening to him or anyone else on our team) that he gets burned a few times, just so there isn't anything else that can be done except move him to guard, and Collins to left tackle.
Does miles really need to confess publicly jd is too slow at left tackle? What would that accomplish.
