Miles: no overhaul needed to the offense

    Just looked at next years schedule. I feel pretty good about Jacksonville State and South Alabama. Maybe Mizzou and the Aggies, but that is about it. Yeah, I guess Southern Miss, too.
    I am going to try hard to limit emotional investment next year. But I say that every year.

    Yeah, the demise of the recruiting class is on everybody, but Les. A silver bullet out of this mess. As if he needed one!

    Not by much. Let's compare.

    Jennings 2014

    111/227 48.9 pct completion for 1611 yards, 7.1 per completed pass for 11 TD's 7 ints.

    Harris 2015 (and this is with Fournette playing the entire year and taking pressure off you, with a better Dupre, and Dural)


    135/254 with a 53.1 completion percentage for 1904 yards, 7.5 per completion for 12 TD's and 5 interceptions (All of which have come against the better competition)

    Sure that's better, but it's damn close.

    No denying that but, I think we all need to agree that a good quarterback to an extent can overcome the poor coaching. See Zach Mettenberger. Harris and Jennings both just flat out suck.
