You're kidding, right? I SERIOUSLY doubt JJ is gonna leave Hawaii to go anywhere that isn't Hawaii. Dude's got it made there. I saw on the Arkansas site that they were kicking that around too. Yeah...he's gonna leave Hawaii and go to...Arkansas.

    Good post.

People need sto stop worrying about our recruiting. When you become successful at recruiting you will have to wait on the big guys until the very end, and we have been successful at grabbing a few every year. Plus, I am sure we have one or two silent commits that are trying to recruit other guys and our current commits are doing the same.

Our OOS recruiting has improved over the previous staff..the # and quality of kids (and the regions we get them from), overall, has improved for OOS. I expect LSU to get a few more before the papers are signed.

Also, Miles does not comment on recruiting very much, and he said not too long ago that we would have a top 5-10 recruiting class when it was all said and done. A couple of years ago he mentioned that we'd have (I believe he said) 20 commitments by a certain date, and we had just that many when the date rolled around.

    AMEN to that!

You don't think these high level recruits visit fan sites like this??? When I was in high school, though LSU was the ONLY placed I had considering going to, I still looked at other schools online--just for curiosity....

You KNOW kids view this and every thread they read about so-and-so down in Mamou with his gut feeling while confirming it with T-Fred down the street, that they heard Miles was leaving does NOTHING but hurt our chances in some fashion.

The one good thing that comes of this is that we will know that if Miles turns down UM then he will be here a very long time and next years recruits will know that as well.
