Should've called TO as soon as the DB stepped in front of TT. It fooled NOBODY on the field. It did fool a lot of LSU fans and announcers who just assumed LSU was confused. It was all planned.
Well, i don't think we've ever seen classic Crowton at LSU. But I won't argue he didn't help put it in the playbook. Miles on the otherhand, should have never even considered it.
He was actually listed in recruiting boards as an athlete, not a QB. And he was only the #17 athlete. He graded out lower or about the same as Jarrett Lee. A lot of teams talked to him about being a WR or DB.
I agree; he should have called a time out, put a quick inflatable cast on JL's wrist; and kicked his ass back into the game.
Oh man... this times a million. People are always complaining about the kid not getting touches. And I don't want to bash him because he is clearly a good kid, and he plays hard, but he does not know what he is doing out there. He didn't know what he was doing last year playing three positions, and he doesn't know what to do this year playing one. I think that is why he is such a non factor. Now the question is, is it him or coaching?
