I can tell everyone this, Miles leaving will not be because of the fans booing, but it will be what influences where he ends up. For LSU it may become our trump card.
I somehow do not believe he is going to leave. His players trust him, including his word. If he does coach speak, and then jumps ship, that would make him look no better than Rodriquez when he left his players high and dry at WVU. If he told his players he's staying, then to me it is end of case. (BTW, damn those booing fans..........:cuss:; and for Rod Rodriquez, Karma's a bitch!)
I thought I saw on a TV interview with Ridley that he was told by Miles that he's staying. Can anyone verify this?
The Team is probably pretty adept at hearing what he means rather than what he says. Heck, even I'm getting better at it! :miles:
with so much speculation, he had to say something to his team one way or the other whether directly or indirectly. Next year had to come up at some point. even if he knew in the back of his mind he was likely leaving, theres nothing he can say except see you next year without causing a nuclear meltdown. miles says a lot in that wwl clip by not saying anything imo. that post game family gathering looked more like a farewell tour but who knows. if he leaves i think we will watch that clip and wonder how we thought anything differently.
He said the same thing to his team AND staff at the dinner the night before the okie light and tOSU game a few years ago. Just sayin....
Many hear what they want to hear, but don't listen to what is being said exactly. There is a difference. The answer to the questions lies somewhere in the none answers.
Well congratulations, you've told us absolutely nothing. That's sum deep chit there pal. You have to be a descendent of Miles.
Well, some people don’t just go around spreading rumors. I will tell you that if you read a couple of my posts over the past few days and piece them together, you will figure out what I do know or rather have been told. Being as you are an intelligent person I am sure you can read between the lines.opcorn:
